RETURN POLICY

**ALL FABRICATED PARTS ARE SOLD AS FINAL SALES. THERE ARE NO RETURNS

ALLOWED. ONLY EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED**

Evil Off-Road products may only be returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number. If upon arrival the box(s) used for shipping show signs of damage refuse the shipment. If upon opening the package the products display signs of scrapes or scratches please send us pictures to: info@eviloffroad.com or call us at 562-330-1325. Once received we will determine the next course of action. Please include receipt, freight company, and the best way to contact you.

 

All damage claims must be made within 24 hours of the product(s) being received to be considered. Damage claims can be initiated by email or by phone. All returns must be arranged within 48 hours of receiving products. Returns can be arranged by email or phone.

 

When returning a product, the product(s) must be packaged in the same manner as received. Customers may choose to bring product(s) to our warehouse and must call 24 hours prior to arrange a drop off time. Customer will be responsible for return shipping.

 

All sales are final on fabricated parts and suspension products. There are no returns allowed for special ordered parts. Special ordered parts are non-stocking parts and parts from vendors other than Evil Offroad, and Dirt Kartel. There are no returns allowed on fabricated parts. Examples of fabricated parts include bumpers, light bars, bed cages, skid plates, roll cages, and suspension products built by Evil Offroad. All fabricated parts sales are final. All returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returned products must be returned in the original packaging. There are no returns on products that have been used, modified, drilled, painted, or installed. All returned products are for store credit only. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned products for full value. Evil Offroad LLC nor the shipping company will be responsible for loss or damaged shipments being returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless arrangements have been made prior to the 30 days.

Will Calls - If a product is not picked up within 60 days of it being completed the product will be placed back into inventory and a customer credit will be placed on your account. This will be a non-refundable credit and the parts are subject to be sold and will incur another lead time to be re-made.
